About the Role
Our client is an up& coming and fast-growing FMCG brandin the dried food and food product category, expanding its presence acrossmajor supermarket chains including NTUC FairPrice, Dairy Farm Group, and ShengSiong. Built with a modern sales & execution approach, the company ismoving away from traditional distribution models — focusing on executionexcellence, speed, and growth.
They are looking for a driven, hands-on, and commerciallyminded individual to take ownership of in-store execution, sales performance,and retailer relationships. This is an opportunity to grow with the business,not just manage stores.
This role goesbeyond routine merchandising — you will:
- Influence sales performance
- Build strong retail partnerships
- Contribute to the company’s expansion strategy

Key Responsibilities
· Execute daily store visits across assignedsupermarket outlets
· Ensure strong shelf presence, visibility &planogram compliance
· Build and maintain solid relationships withstore managers & staff
· Drive sell-through and consistently achievesales targets
· Proactively manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stocksituations
· Execute promotions, sampling, and in-storeactivations
· Support new product launches and retailexpansion initiatives
· Provide market insights, competitor tracking& feedback
· Use simple digital tools (Excel / mobilereporting) to track sales, stock levels, and outlet performance
· Monitor sell-through data and adjust storeexecution strategies accordingly
· Work closely with management on sales insightsand growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG merchandising experience
- Strong exposure to NTUC, Dairy Farm, Sheng Siong, provision stores and other retail channels
- Proven ability to drive sales, not just execute tasks
- Existing relationships with store managers is a strong advantage
- Experience in dried food / FMCG products preferred
- Knowledge of FIFO, food safety, and inventory handling
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
Salary &Benefits
- Basic: $2,800 – $3,500 (based on experience)
- Attractive commission and performance incentives (top performers can exceed $5,000+)
