Retail Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities
· Manage operations for 5 to 6 retail counters
· Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels
· Plan and execute stock replenishment and reordering
· Coordinate stock transfers between counters when required
· Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy
· Identify stock shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items
· Ensure availability of core sizes and key products
· Maintain accurate stock records in the system
· Prepare inventory and stock reports for management
· Visit retail counters regularly to monitor operations and stock status
· Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams
· Ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements
· Degree in Retail, Arts or related field
· Proven work experience
· Experience handling multiple stores preferred
· Good knowledge of stock management and replenishment
· Hands on commitment to get the job done
· Basic Microsoft Excel skills
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Able to travel between retail counters
· Able to work during weekends
· Working hours : 2pm to 10pm
