RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. • Submit monthly sales reports and maintain a structured sales tracking system.

• Ensure counter resources and systems are properly set up for programmes brought in.

• Monitor effective use of RGP functions and maintain proper record keeping.

• Assist with equipment setup and teardown.

• Perform floor duties as Crew / Duty Officer when required (1–2 shifts per week, including weekends and PH).

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and programme management (sports or fitness industry preferred).

Experience handling lead enquiries and managing client accounts.

Knowledge of rock climbing techniques, safety procedures, and equipment (preferred).
