The Marketing & Partnerships Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives,
LinkedIn content, creative assets, event collaterals, and partnership outreach efforts for Power
Instruments' marine technology solutions. This role is suited for an individual with a strong design and
content background, good project coordination skills, and the ability to translate technical offerings into
clear and professional marketing materials for a B2B marine audience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Assist in the ideation, conceptualisation, and planning of marketing campaigns for the company's
marine technology solutions and services
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels
• Develop campaign-related creative assets and artworks for digital and print use
• Ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Support marketing efforts for product launches, exhibitions, client presentations, and corporate
campaigns within the maritime industry
LinkedIn Content & Corporate Content Creation
• Assist in developing LinkedIn content strategies, including ideation, planning, and content structuring
• Create and edit corporate marketing content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels, including
static visuals, simple video edits, captions, and post scheduling
• Support day-to-day content production to maintain a consistent and professional brand presence
• Work closely with the team to translate technical solutions, case studies, and company updates into
clear and engaging content for vessel owners, ship managers, shipyards, and other marine
stakeholders
Design & Brand Collaterals
• Design supporting brand materials such as brochures, posters, presentation decks, product sheets,
event collaterals, booth concepts, and booth designs for marine exhibitions and trade fairs
• Contribute creative ideas for exhibition booths, product showcases, and other offline brand
touchpoints
• Ensure all visual outputs are professionally executed and suitable for the intended audience and
platform
Partnerships & Business Development Support
• Conduct outreach to vessel owners, ship managers, shipyards, marine suppliers, industry
associations, and other relevant maritime stakeholders for partnership or collaboration opportunities
• Support coordination with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders on marketing
materials, project timelines, and campaign deliverables
• Assist in follow-up and coordination for exhibitions, marine industry events, partnership discussions,
and business development activities
• Monitor timelines and follow through to ensure deliverables are completed according to schedule
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Comfortable working on both creative execution and external coordination in a professional B2B
setting
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, brand design, or partnership coordination
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn or other corporate marketing channels
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, engineering-related products, industrial technology, or the maritime
industry
• Experience supporting exhibitions, trade fairs, brochures, product sheets, corporate decks, or
technical marketing materials
• Basic understanding of how to communicate technical or product-related information clearly to
business audiences
