Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for medical research to oversee the development of a novel non-adherent traumatic wound dressing. The candidate will work with a team of business development managers, regulatory specialists, and manufacturing engineers to prepare the product for commercialization. This will involve the robust characterization of the product for its mechanical, biocompatibility, procoagulant and wet adhesive properties, among others. The study will involve a broad range of in vitro testing following industry standards, alongside large animal validation studies (non-GLP and GLP, non-survival and survival). Other duties include the management of the laboratory (safety and logistics), supervision of students (undergraduate and graduate) and contribution to research grants preparation.

Qualifications

•    Possess a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or equivalent.
•    Preferably with 5 years of postdoctoral experience in a relevant research field.

The following skills are a requisite:
o    Biomaterial development, which may include mechanical processing, chemical synthesis, additive manufacturing or microfabrication (or other relevant techniques)

Work you’ll do

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyse process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes & functions.
• Design target state SAP solutions for clients to influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state.
• Analyse application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution.
• Perform SAP configuration and tests to develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
• End-to-end technical integration between SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems using the SAP BTP Integration Suite to automate data posting and ensure secure transmission.
• Architect and develop custom interface APIs, data mapping, and error-handling protocols to optimize performance across diverse system landscapes.
• Manage the full SAP project lifecycle from initial business requirement analysis and solution design through to implementation and post-go-live hyper care.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage Change Requests, assess project risks, and ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
• Lead the junior consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.
• Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A good honors Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.

• Has experience in revenue accounting in airlines industry.
