Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Daily Sales Report

• Process RMA – manage full cycle of return goods from customers

• Input sales orders; issue Delivery Orders and invoices; ensure data accuracy

• Provide proforma invoices to the Sales Coordinator for payment purposes

• Prepare shipping arrangements and coordinate delivery schedules

• Monitor and update inventory stock movements and price records in the system

• Input Purchase Orders and send to factories, ensuring data accuracy

• Liaise with the Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries

• Upkeep and maintain a proper filing system

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in the same industry and/or handling Letters of Credit is an advantage

• Comfortable and adaptable to ongoing system implementation and process changes

Account Executive (Full/Partial set of Accounts/AR/AP)

Work week: 5 days

Benefits: AWS, medical benefits

Salary: min S$3,200 to S$3,700

Reporting to the Finance manager, responsible for activities including:

Responsibilities (partial/full set of Accounts)

· Prepare partial/full set of monthly accounts and related schedules

· Oversee day-to-day finance operations

· Handle bank reconciliation, stock reconciliation and intercompany transactions

· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Roles & Responsibilities (AR+AP)

· Conduct credit reviews of new customers, generate and send statements of accounts, and follow up to ensure collections are received on time

· Manage Trade Receivables including monthly AR aging review meetings with business unit

· Support month-end closing activities

· Ensure timely updates of incoming receipts in the ERP system

· Provide weekly reporting and analysis to Finance Manager and sales team

· Issue Credit Note for cash discount and promotion

· Generate weekly platform sales report (B2C)

· Handle monthly closing and reconciliations

· Process promotion fund reimbursements

· Assist in preparing month end journals and support the preparation of month end reports.

· Identify and resolve day-to-day issues

· Ensure invoice processing and payment are accurate and timely

· Liaise with vendors for monthly payment

· Prepare vendor and bank reconciliation

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA partial or equivalent

· Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience

· Experience in managing AR/AP is highly desired.

· Possess good working knowledge MS Office applications in particular Excel skills and preferably Microsoft Dynamic.

· Work independently, a team-oriented player with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Exhibits positive mindset and maturity to cope with changes in a dynamic environment

· Experience in Distribution/Retail Industry and Ecommerce accounting is preferred

• Graduate Engagement with technical institutes - career talks etc.
• Source, Organize and Participate Career Fairs 
• Coordinating with recruitment agencies 
• Initial review of CV before sharing with the hiring manager
• Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates/agencies
• Following up on interview outcomes and obtaining approval for offers
• Raising a ticket  for offer letter preparation
• Issuing offer letters to candidates/agencies
• Collecting candidate information for work pass processing (where applicable)
• Coordinate with candidates/agencies for arranging medical examinations and Food Safety Course enrolment
• Coordinating for join date and initiating onboarding

• Assist to prepare and submit funding/claim application
• Maintain training catalogue and training records inLMS
• Record of learning history upon training completion

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any courses
• Must have HR internship / Experience
