Senior Cost Analyst to support our expanding manufacturing site in Singapore, supporting the Division. This role involves collecting data, allocating costs, and preparing reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly, and other operating expenses.

You will also prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, and prepare financial statements and variance reports.

Additionally, you will conduct analyses and prepare special reports for management in support of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.

Information Technology team - Singapore

IT Service Management Support provides A&O Shearman (AOS) with an initial point of contact for providing first and second line resolution for IT support calls, requests and reporting. The team manages requests for new services and liaises with other areas of IT to resolve issues with existing systems and hardware.

What you will do

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Treasury Analyst to support the Head of Treasury in managing daily liquidity operations, ABS reporting, and cash flow planning.

This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who are comfortable handling daily treasury operations, detailed reconciliation work, and structured finance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Treasury Operations

• Perform daily cash positioning and fund allocation
• Execute fund transfers and liquidity movements across accounts
• Monitor daily balances and ensure sufficient funding for operations
• Work closely with the settlement team to ensure smooth daily processing

2. ABS & Reporting

• Support daily and monthly ABS reporting
• Assist in tracking performance of securitized portfolios
• Prepare data and reports for internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g., trustee)

3. Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis

• Build and maintain cash flow forecast models
• Perform variance analysis and scenario analysis
• Support liquidity planning and stress test model

4. Reconciliation & Controls

• Perform daily reconciliation of cash movements against accounting records
• Work closely with the Finance/Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

5. Treasury Support

• Support the Head of Treasury in ABS transactions and funding activities
• Assist with bank-related matters and internal reporting as required
• Treasury management system integration support
• FX model and risk management

Must Have

• At least 4 years of experience in treasury / finance / banking operations
• Background from banks, fintech, or financial services firms
• Strong hands-on experience in cash management / treasury operations
• Proficient in Excel (including cash flow modeling and data analysis)
  
  Experience in:
• Cash flow forecasting
• Reconciliation (cash vs ledger)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with daily operational tasks and large data volumes

Better to Have

• Exposure to ABS / securitization / structured finance
• Experience in payments / lending / credit card business
• Familiarity with high-volume transaction environments
• Experience working with multiple bank accounts and funding channels
• Knowledge of treasury systems or automation tools

Salt is looking to hire QA Analyst for a big technology client in Singapore for 12 months & renewable contract role. The QA analyst will develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.

Description:

• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures.
• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
• Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
• Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.

Qualification:

• 5-7 experience as a QA Analyst working in automation
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of QA automation
• Basic knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
• Basic knowledge of computer development software such as JavaScript, SQL, etc.

Key Responsibilities

·      Procurement Governance &Compliance

·      Oversee procurement lifecycle(PR, PO, invoicing, vendor documentation) ensuring strict adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements

·      Validate completeness and accuracy of vendor documentation, contracts, and approvals

·      Ensure procurement activities align with approved budgets, financial controls, and compliance frameworks(e.g., TPRM / vendor risk requirements)

·      Maintain clear documentation of procurement approvals, exceptions, and changes to ensure traceability

Project Artifact Management & Regulatory Documentation

·      Ensure all project artifacts are complete, accurate, and version-controlled in compliance with PMO and regulatory documentation standards

·      Enforce mandatory documentation requirements for stage gates, governance reviews, and regulatory submissions

·      Maintain structured repositories to support regulatory reviews and control validation

·      Validate the availability and integrity of key documents including:

·      Business cases

·      Financial approvals

·      Risk and issue logs

·      Regulatory and compliance assessment documents

·      Ensure end-to-end traceability and consistency of documentation across the project lifecycle

Compliance& Governance Support

·      Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and governance standards across all projects and BAU activities

·      Track and monitor compliance-related actions, dependencies, and remediation activities

·      Identify and escalate control gaps, documentation deficiencies, and compliance risks

·      Support regulatory initiatives(e.g., TPRM, data governance, data classification) by ensuring complete and accurate documentation

·      Promote best practices in documentation discipline and control adherence

Project& BAU Closure (Control-Focused)

·      Lead project and BAU closure activities ensuring compliance with PMO closure criteria and governance standards

·      Perform financial reconciliation ensuring alignment with approved budgets and control requirements

·      Validate completion of procurement and compliance obligations prior to closure

·      Ensure all closure documentation is complete, approved, and properly archived for traceability

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date closure status in PMO systems

Stakeholder Management & Compliance Advisory

·      Act as a key liaison across Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams

·      Provide guidance on PMO governance, compliance standards, and documentation requirements

·      Drive timely submission of inputs ensuring adherence to governance controls and timelines

·      Proactively escalate risks related to compliance, data integrity, or documentation gaps

·      Support governance forums with compliance-focused insights and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

·      7+  years of experience in PMO governance, project coordination, finance support, or analyst role.

·      Exposure to expense/financial management, BAU activities, or IT projects is an advantage.

Technical& Analytical Skills

·      Good working knowledge of Excel(basic formulas, pivots, trackers).

·      Comfortable preparing documentation and reports in PowerPoint and Word.

·      Ability to follow structured processes and templates consistently.

Tools Exposure (Nice to Have)

·      Familiarity with PMO, ITSM, or workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint).

·      Basic exposure to finance or procurement systems is a plus.

·      Organized, dependable, and able to manage routine follow-ups.

Responsibilities
• Partner with the Agency’s business teams to elicit citizen/business and Agency’s needs through human-centric and visual methods

• Apply Design Thinking / Service Design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions

What we are looking for

•       Strong portfolio that demonstrates proven, hands-on experience working in Agile approach on Product-centric teams

•       Strong analytical, conceptualisation, facilitation and problem-solving skills, in particular with application in Discovery sessions and prototyping.

•       Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills with ability to influence andpitch ideas
