Your Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to drive brandvisibility and engagement through social media, content creation, andintegrated marketing campaigns. This role also supports event coordination,corporate communications, and performance tracking, contributing to data-drivenstrategies and overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media strategy, content creation, and scheduling to build brand engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Oversee website updates and analyze performance metrics for improvements.
• Strong research and writing capabilities to develop high-quality briefs, talking points, and media responses, including white papers and materials for media and association engagement.
• Coordinate corporate and client-facing events, including logistics and speaker support.
• Handle end-to-end corporate gifting, from sourcing to distribution.
• Support process improvement projects to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Track and report both online and offline campaign results to measure success and optimize strategies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital and events.
• Possesses a strong command of English, enabling effective support in marketing-related writing and content development
• Prior experience with Pardot is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and prior experience in Google Analytics.
• Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and data analysis.
• Good organizational, communication, coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
