JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field

· At least 3years of experience in Human Resource

· In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

· Proficient in HR software applications
