Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business accounts across key sectors (e.g., events, exhibitions, retail fit-outs, brand activations, etc.)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closing

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain and compile required vendor documentation in accordance with ENGIE policies, such as proof of financial capability, ethical conduct undertakings, HSE declarations, NDAs, and other compliance documents for review and record purposes.
  
• Prepare vendor Letters of Award (LoA) and subcontract agreements by incorporating the necessary appendices (e.g., Bill of Quantities, Schedule of Rates, specifications, drawings, and agreed deviations)based on approved templates and BD’s confirmed award instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable self-starter to be part of the team that drives holistic partnerships towards better quality of life for Persons with Intellectual Disability (PWIDs) and their families. This role is critical in fostering positive relationships with corporations and government agencies to establish partnerships and grow the movement towards an inclusive community.

This position will play a key role in supporting/leading establishment/maintenance of strategic partnerships that slign with MINDS mission and partners' ESG and philanthropic goals. This includes driving sustained volunteerism and fundraising initiatives to support MINDS services/programmes. Tentpole fundraising and awareness campaigns, including events and initiatives. Implementation of donor and volunteer management frameworks to ensure good governance and sustained giving journeys with partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and develop strategic partnerships with corporations and government agencies that align their philanthropic goals with MINDS' mission and critical gaps.
• Engage internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our cause, especially critical gaps that require support.
• Secure financial, in-kind and/or volunteer support for MINDS' services, programmes and initiatives.
• Cultivate positive relationships with potential, new and existing partners to establish long-term partnerships.
• Represent the organisation at engagement events/activities.

• Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Mass Communications or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, volunteer or donor management, event management and/or marketing communications.
• Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects independently within tight deadlines and limited resources. This role requires a problem-solver with the ability to adapt to evolving challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in Volunteer and Donor Management System, website builder and procurement systems strongly preferred.
• Experience in event, account management, statistical and impact reporting skills preferred.

• Answer customer or corporate enquiries through phone and email
• Facilitate and follow up on customer payments and purchases
• Administer income & expenses tracking
• Ensure timely payments of Vendor purchases and Manage vendor invoice tracking

• Manage and follow-up on the customer waiting list

2. Scheduling and Coordination

• Prepare training notes or materials
• Maintain Google Calendar schedule
• Arrange logistics for deliveries
• Manage Email App for scheduling emails to customers
• Post and update classes on website and booking portals
• Check lesson booking portals, schedule appointments/classes and send confirmation to customers
• Maintain overall training schedule; ensure optimum class balance
• Procure and track inventory
