2. Coordination & Support

• Support the Senior Executive, Admin and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects.
• Assist in organising company events, training sessions, and internal activities. Liaise with internal departments and external parties (vendors, service providers, clients) to ensure smooth coordination.

3. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Manage office supplies inventory and place purchase orders as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and services.
• Proofreading artwork for name card printing.
• Track invoices, delivery orders, and ensure proper documentation for finance processing.

4. Process Support

• Assist in maintaining and improving administrative processes for efficiency.
• Support audits or checks by preparing requested documents and records.

5. HR & Corporate Support (if applicable)

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g. document preparation, system access, coordination).
• Maintain employee records and administrative HR documentation.
• Support HR or management with simple data tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements

Experience

• Preferably possess at least 2–3 years of relevant administrative or office support experience, in a large organization.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Requirements

SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the restaurant. You will be working closely with the Sous Chef in contributing towards the delivery of quality food to all our guests at a consistent level while demonstrating an understanding of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen and be a role model to the junior chefs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all food production meets/exceeds standards 
• Work effectively with all kitchen team to ensure a high level of service experience
• Exercise cost control in minimizing wastages and spoilage of food products
• To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel
• To liaise with the Sous Chef/Head Chef and implement new menu/dishes/systems where applicable
• To ensure mis en place is completed accordingly
• To report any maintenance issues to the Junior/Sous Chef immediately
• Ensure strict adherence of food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices
• Follows and adheres to Company policies, processes, and procedures accordingly 
• To be flexible and willing to help in the kitchen at busy times if required
• To attend trainings/meetings as and when required 
• Ad hoc duties/projects assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum professional certificate in Culinary Arts
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to lead and is a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Chemistry Technician for testing, sample preparation and delivery/collection of samples and preparation of test reports.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of water-physical, chemical and microbiological parameters
  
• Analysis of ores and minerals
  
• Analysis of water, soil, aggregates, concrete and scale samples
  
• Operation of equipment like pH / EC / TDS meters, UV-visible spectrophotometers, ovens, furnaces, incubators, fusion machines
  
• Prepare the reagents, standard solution and ensure standardisation of the solution used in the laboratory
  
• Handling and storage all chemicals as per the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
  
• Managing the calibration of glass wares and the instruments
  
• Performance of qualitative and quantitative laboratory tests and analysis of other substances as per standard method
  
• Issue reports and receive samples to and from the respective entities
  
• Involvement in site and field testing with various international standards or in-house procedures
  
• Ensure work compliance to ISO 17025 requirements
  
• Coordinating with the other technicians in the team to carry out work as per the planning schedule
  
• Manual handling of samples
  
• General maintenance, cleaning and checking of equipment
  
• Working to all HSE standards
  
• Interaction with clients during witnessed testing

Skills / Qualifications

• Have a diploma / degree in chemistry with at least 2 years experience in similar role

• Good English communication skills: reading, writing, speaking
  
• Good maths skills
  
• Knowledge and experience of safe operation of testing equipment and operating in an independent / chemistry / consultant laboratory
