Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive (Digital & Content) to support AKC’s digital marketing and content efforts across social media, website, email marketing, and campaign execution.
This role is suited for someone who is both creative and organised — able to produce engaging content, support digital campaigns, and coordinate marketing activities that improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across content creation, social media management, email marketing, simple design/video editing, and campaign reporting.
Responsibilities
Digital Content & Social Media
- Develop, write, and schedule content for AKC’s digital platforms, including social media, website pages, and email campaigns.
- Support monthly content planning and maintain content calendars aligned to campaign priorities.
- Create engaging captions, post copy, and basic campaign messaging across different channel.
- Assist in producing short-form videos, reels, graphics, and promotional content for digital use.
- Ensure brand consistency across all published content and digital touchpoints.
Campaign Execution
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, EDM, and paid media channels.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of campaign materials across different digital platforms.
- Support promotional activities for AKC’s courses, events, and brand initiatives.
Website& Email Marketing
- Update website content such as banners, landing page copy, course highlights, and promotional information.
- Assist in creating and sending EDMs/newsletters for campaigns and announcements.
- Ensure content published on digital platforms is accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor content and campaign performance across social media, email, and website channels.
- Compile basic reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Identify content and campaign improvement opportunities based on performance results.
- Maintain marketing trackers, campaign calendars, and related reporting documents.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content-related roles.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website. content.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English.
- Ability to create or coordinate basic digital content including social posts, visuals, and short-form videos.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good to Have
- Exposure Google Ads, or paid campaign coordination.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience in the education, training, or services industry.
- Basic design sense and confidence with simple visual content creation.
