• Process purchase orders from customers accurately
• Prepare shipment documents - commercial invoice, packing list, delivery order, tax invoice
• Book and track shipment online
• Liaise with freight orders if needed
• Email customers - informing of shipment with corresponding documents
• Work with Production, Customer Relations and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain proper records of orders and shipment activities
• Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 1 to 2 years of experience in shipment operations will be an advantage
