Responsible for managing the full accounts payable function, including supplier invoice processing, payment execution, reconciliation, and supporting audit and financial reporting activities. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies while maintaining good vendor relationships and supporting overall financial operations.

Core responsibilities

-  Accurately input and verify supplier invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner.

- Ensure completeness of purchase transactions by reconciling with suppliers’ statements and maintaining proper documentation and filing

- Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong working relationships

- Manage and execute payment cycles, ensuring timely and accurate payments in accordance with credit terms

- Monitor payment history and track outstanding balances, highlighting any overdue accounts

- Support cash flow management by identifying discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities

- Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliation and ensure AP aging is accurate.

- Assist in audit processes by preparing required documentation and supporting audit requests

- Support preparation of year-end financial statements and reports

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fund Accounting Operations to support fund accounting, trade operations, investor servicing, and risk & compliance. You will collaborate with fund administrators, prime brokers, custodians, and investment teams to ensure accurate NAV reporting, smooth trade settlements, and strong operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform NAV calculations, P&L reconciliation, and fee/expense allocations; support month-end and year-end close.

1. Marketing Operational Tasks:

·         Post-Show Survey Coordination: Creation and testing of the post-show survey forms. Photocopy 400-500 forms to bring to show site

·         At-Show Support: Liaising with designers and project team to ensure accuracy for onsite boards, including the Programme board, Floorplan & Exhibitor List board, and Partners Acknowledgement board. Create simple posters or table sign. Liaise with designer and printer for Lanyard orders.

1. Digital and Registration Team Support:

o    For G2E, manage 40-50 group registration lists from casinos. This person must ensure accuracy by checking and filling in missing data where possible.

o    For IBEW, handle over 30 group ticketing sales by uploading data, sending invoices, and following up on payments.
