Responsibilities

• Support the company's accounting and taxation functions and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Requirements

This position is instrumental in supporting the Executive Wealth Director in all aspects of wealth, sales prospecting and financial planning, including pre and post events organization, customer acquisition and follow-up, assist in closing of sales and deals.

Core Function & Support

• Provide direct administrative and analytical support to the Executive Wealth Director and his team.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing routine inquiries and scheduling meetings.
• Ensure all client files, investment paperwork, and firm documentation are complete, accurate, and comply with regulatory standards.
• Prepare necessary materials, reports, and presentations for client review meetings.

Administrative & Operational Tasks

• Handle the opening, closing, transferring, and maintenance of client accounts.

The Grant Process team oversees all grant applications and claim submissions for the grants managed by the organization. You will be part of the team to ensure compliance and accountability in grant administration, work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targets and deliver good client experience.

• Evaluate the eligibility of grant applications and issue grant offers to companies.
• Verify claims submissions on project achievements and eligibility of claim, and guide juniors on the same.
