• Craft scalable, secure, and modular architectures that align to customer’s enterprise strategy and technical roadmap while embedding security at every level.
• Maintain operational excellence with 100% deal hygiene – capture technical close plans and consumption plans in MSX for every opportunity, attach a partner to every qualified deal, and promptly escalate unresolved technical blockers.
• Continuously upskill to meet role expectations (achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical depth certifications) and contribute to team excellence by sharing at least one deal win/loss insight per quarter and engaging in regular coaching.

About the Role

We are looking for a mature and reliable Operations Executive to join Elements Wellness. This role covers stock management, supplier ordering, outlet coordination, and general admin. You will work closely with outlet managers and the management team. We need someone who is organised, takes ownership, and responsible.

What You Will Do:

Stock & Inventory

• Collect and process monthly stock requisitions from each outlet
• Arrange delivery of stocks and inventory to the correct outlet in a timely manner
• Place orders when stock is running low; make sure the right items go to the right outlet
• Receive and check incoming stock; update records when stock comes in or goes out
• Prepare simple reports on stock levels, shortages, and price lists
• Do regular stock counts and flag any differences to the manager
• Check and update stock levels regularly across all three outlets

Supplier & Procurement

• Source products from local and overseas suppliers.
• Manage recurring orders — keep an updated list of items, links, quantities, and reorder timing
• Coordinate shipping: work with freight agents, track shipments, and follow up on delivery
