This role sits at the intersection of process improvement, data analytics, and strategic planning, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline performance reporting, generate insights, and support organisational initiatives. The incumbent will also be expected to support matters relating to NIEC Board of Directors, corporate governance and internal staff communication.

Process Improvement

• Design and implement dashboards to streamline cross-divisional performance reporting processes.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting systems.

Data Analytics

• Coordinate, organize and analyse institutional data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct environmental scans and basic market/sector analysis with supervision to inform decision-making.
