Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in airfreight operations (export), freight forwarding, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in airline bookings, HAWB/MAWB preparation, and shipment documentation.
• Strong understanding of airfreight procedures, airline bookings, and cargo documentation.
• Ability to prepare and verify HAWB, MAWB, and shipping manifests.
• Familiarity with export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).

About the Role

The Operations Executive manages the shift revolving around the daily care of residents. He/ She will be working with colleagues from multidisciplinary teams in ensuring that the well-being of residents is maintained and upheld morally and ethically. He/ She will ensure that all facilities are serviceable and operational procedures and conducted accordingly and properly. Key Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of a Operations Executive are listed in the following, but not limited to:
