Shipping Executive (Air & Sea Freight)

• Salary: Up to $4,800 basic + variable bonus

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Industry: Food import, export, and distribution (including handling of regulated food products and compliance with local authorities)

Responsibilities:

• Handle import, export, and transshipment documentation (e.g. customs permits, insurance, shipment advice)

• Coordinate container trucking, unloading, and related logistics activities

• Manage S/G applications and controls, including bank bill monitoring

• Process T/R and L/C applications

• Perform goods receipt, inventory data entry, and processing control

• Arrange SFA inspections where required

As part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Digital Marketing Executives with strong capabilities in SEO, online advertising and livestream engagement.

The successful candidate will support the company’s digital growth through marketing campaigns and customer engagement via online platforms, including livestream sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising

Plan, execute and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation

Perform SEO optimization, keyword research and content planning for company websites

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and prepare marketing reports

Coordinate digital content updates, including blogs and landing pages

Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital channels

Livestream & Customer Engagement

Conduct livestream sessions (2–4 hours per session) to introduce company services

Explain waterproofing and seepage solutions in a clear and professional manner

Engage viewers, respond to enquiries and generate customer leads

Maintain a professional appearance, communication tone and company image during livestreams

Follow scheduled livestream plans and content guidelines

Working Hours

About the role
As an Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day deployment of security personnel, ensuring smooth manpower planning, accurate records, and timely coordination across sites. This role is key in maintaining operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance standards.

You’ll work closely with supervisors, ground officers, and HR to keep operations running reliably, especially in a fast-moving environment with frequent changes.

Daily Deployment Coordination

• Assist in preparing and updating daily deployment rosters based on manpower availability and site requirements

• Coordinate with officers and supervisors on attendance, shift changes, and urgent redeployments

• Track last-minute absences (leave, MCs, call-outs) and ensure systems or records are updated accurately

• Follow up with ground teams to resolve and report any deployment discrepancies

Budgeting & Cost Support

• Collate attendance and overtime data to support manpower cost tracking

• Maintain accurate deployment records to ensure payroll and billing accuracy

• Flag excessive overtime or inefficient manpower utilisation to supervisors

Administrative Support

• Assist with onboarding processes, including documentation, uniform issuance, and deployment briefings

Compliance & Documentation

• Support preparation of site folders, SOPs, and audit documentation

Communication & Coordination

• Relay urgent deployment updates between site teams and operations
