Job Scope
Sales & Business Development
· Develop and manage sales foraquarium livestock, coral, aquatic equipment and filtration systems.
· Identify and engage new clientsincluding aquarium shops, commercial aquariums, corporate offices and privatecollectors.
· Maintain relationships withexisting maintenance and aquarium clients.
· Provide product consultationand technical recommendations for aquarium setups.
Client Management & Site Visits
· Conduct regular client visitsto aquarium shops, commercial tanks and maintenance sites.
· Provide consultation onaquarium livestock compatibility, coral care and tank ecosystem management.
· Support emergency site visitswhen aquarium issues arise.
· Recommend solutions andadditional products to maintain tank stability.
Online Sales & Digital Enquiries
· Manage incoming enquiries fromcompany website, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
· Provide product recommendationsand quotations to customers locally and overseas.
· Update online product listingsand respond to customer enquiries.
Import / Export Coordination
· Coordinate with suppliers foraquarium products, livestock and equipment.
· Assist in sourcing anddeveloping new product lines for the company.
· Liaise with logistics partnersfor shipments and distribution.
Market Expansion
· Identify new retail partnersand distributors in Singapore and regional markets.
· Promote company brands andproducts to aquarium retailers and marine hobbyists.
· Support trade exhibitions andproduct launches when required.
Technical Aquarium Support
· Provide expert advice on marinefish, corals and aquarium ecosystem management.
· Assist maintenance team introubleshooting aquarium problems.
· Support installation and systemsetup for large aquarium projects.
