JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and installation in electrical systems
• Must be able to install GI trunking and conduits works.
• Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works in ACMV system
• Must have knowledge of Air-con DX system and Chilled water system.
• MUST have Coretrade certificate.
• Basic maintenance knowledge of M&E systems.
• Valid class 3 driving licence is preferred.
• Working location: Island-wide Singapore
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of each department's daily processes through structured job rotation
• Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and structured learning programmes
• Assist with daily tasks and projects across departments under the guidance of supervisors
• Learn and apply new skills relevant to the role, industry, and business environment
• Seek regular feedback and continuously work towards improving personal performance
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and key deliverables
• Prepare reports and presentations to support management decision-making
• Compile and evaluate performance reports to track progress and identify improvements
• Support client business development and assist in maintaining client relationships
• Provide general support to colleagues and contribute to cross-functional initiatives as required

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
• A keen interest in business, finance, or consulting-related fields
