JobDescription – Promotion Executive /Retail Marketing Executive

Basically,your duties as a Promotion Executive are as follows:

a.    Plan and develop digital PR kit (disseminate to available digital platform) PR/Media strategy based on strategy planning from the Promotion Team

b.    Create a PR/Media plan to achieve Store campaign objectives within the allocated budget

c.    Creating or recommending best digital media strategies to attract and retain customers/audience at company best interest, profit & budget

d.    Working closely with the Promotion Team to understand their needs, wants and objectives, then determine which media channels fit best for specific promotionPR campaigns

e.    Organise& send, prepare media kit, goodie bags, invitation list, KOL/bloggers search for PR campaign

f.     ManageTourist promotions, tie up with hotel, tourist attractions, Changi recommends,etc.

g.    Ensure all media campaigns are executed in a timely manner

h.    Prepare and present reports on events, campaigns and online sale event

i.     Analyzing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure promotion campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible

j.     Assessing the impact, suitability and competitive analysis of different media types used to target certain markets based on Promotions' team objectives

k.    Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the company.

Job Description

• Liaise and communicate with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents and contracts based on project requirements.
• Monitor upcoming and ongoing projects for tender opportunities.
• Handle sales inquiries and build long-term business relationships with existing clients and contractors.
• Conduct commercial negotiation with clients for potential and ongoing projects.
• Follow up closely on projects process and completion to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, required quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to develop suitable technical solutions and project strategies for clients.
• Work collaboratively across all organizational levels to ensure projects are executed efficiently with appropriate resource utilization.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales / project management, preferable within the Construction industry.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese language is required to liase with Japanese speaking counterparts
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Able to commit extended working hours when necessary.
