About the Role

GenInnov is seeking an experienced and polished Senior Business Development & Investor Relations Analyst to support the firm’s growth in full compliance with applicable MAS regulations. This role spans investor engagement through licensed and permissible channels, distributor relationship management, pre-onboarding due diligence, KYC/AML checks, and maintenance of the systems and platforms used to communicate with investors. The candidate will represent GenInnov professionally across all touchpoints, with a strong eye for visual quality in all investor-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Investor Engagement

•     Build and manage relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and institutional counterparts through permissible channels, licensed intermediaries, and referral networks in full compliance with MAS regulations

•     Represent GenInnov at industry events and introductory meetings; maintain a structured investor pipeline using CRM tools with regular reporting to senior management

•     Maintain proactive communication with existing investors, coordinating timely distribution of fund updates, performance reports, and investor correspondence

Company & Fund Materials

•     Prepare visually polished presentations, company profiles, fund fact sheets, and briefing documents on GenInnov’s investment philosophy, fund strategies, and performance for use in appropriate meetings

•     Ensure all investor-facing materials are compliance-approved before use; respond to due diligence questionnaires from investors and distributors

Distributor Relationship Management

•     Act as primary liaison with licensed distributors promoting or distributing GenInnov’s funds; equip them with accurate, up-to-date materials and ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards

•     Monitor distributor performance and engagement; evaluate new distribution partnerships in line with regulatory requirements and strategic objectives

Investor Pre-Checks, KYC/AML & Onboarding

•     Conduct pre-onboarding checks including accreditation verification and suitability assessment; collect and process KYC/AML documentation per MAS requirements

•     Liaise with compliance and legal to ensure documentation is complete before account activation; maintain accurate investor records and flag compliance gaps promptly

Systems, Website & Communications

•     Operate internal onboarding and CRM systems; manage external communication platforms to ensure investor correspondence is consistent, compliant, and professionally presented

•     Work with the technology team to maintain and update the company website and internal systems used for external communications, ensuring accuracy, quality, and reliability at all times

Qualifications & Experience

•     Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are strongly preferred

•     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; CFA, CAIA, or CMAS designation is an advantage

•     5to 7 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or fund distribution within asset management, wealth management, or financial services

•     Proven experience working with licensed distributors; strong knowledge of MAS regulations governing fund solicitation, distribution, and investor communications

•     Hands-on KYC/AML experience in a regulated financial services environment; familiarity with onboarding systems and CRM platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Crisis Operations Worker is the designated case owner responsible for the end-to-end management of child protection crisis, from the point of intake and activation through to stabilisation and transition.

This role delivers timely, safety-critical interventions to Children and Young Persons (CYP) and their families who are experiencing acute or escalating risk. It requires the integration of structured professional judgement, real-time operational control, and coordinated multi-agency response to secure immediate safety and contain risk.

• Conduct prompt and comprehensive crisis assessments, either on-site or remotely, to determine the immediate safety of the child, young person or vulnerable adult. This includes evaluating imminent risk, environmental risks and any history of recurrence or escalation

Immediate Safety Intervention and Stabilisation

• Develop and implement Immediate Safety Plans (ISP) to address identified risks
• Coordinate urgent interventions such as medical assessments, alternative caregiving arrangements, or protective measures where necessary
• Conduct continuous reassessment of evolving risk with timely adjustments to intervention strategies in consultation with supervisors and statutory partners to ensure that all actions remain proportionate, appropriate, and defensible

Crisis Case Ownership and Operational Execution

• Maintain full operational oversight and follow-through of all actions taken during the crisis phase. This includes sustaining real-time situational awareness, coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of agreed actions
• Identify early indicators of escalation or deterioration and respond decisively to maintain control of the situation and safeguard the child/ vulnerable adult
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of all crisis-related activities which meet organisational and regulatory standards and are audit-ready. This includes recording risk assessments, decisions made, rationale for actions, and supervisory consultations

Inter-Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with key partners and stakeholders, including relevant government agencies, healthcare providers, schools, and community agencies to ensure smooth execution of tasks and alignment of objectives

Family Engagement

• Engage families in complex and sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgement and able to apply effective de-escalation and escalation strategies and uphold safety and protection standards
• Contribute to and support decisions relating to statutory intervention, medical review, and placement arrangements, ensuring that all decisions are well-reasoned and appropriately consulted

Practice Reflection and System Improvement

• Participate and engage in case reviews and critical incident debriefs.
• Contribute to organisational learning by identifying practice gaps and supporting the refinement of crisis response protocols and standard operating procedures

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline

Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in child protection, family violence, or crisis/high-risk casework
• Experience in multi-agency coordination is preferred
• Familiarity with Structured Decision Making (SDM) or similar risk assessment frameworks is advantageous

Position title : Senior TCB Application & Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Admirax St

Working Days:  5 Day A Week

Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Engage semiconductor customers to understand packaging roadmap, process requirements, throughput targets, yield and reliability challenges.

• Support technical sales activities and customer discussions.

• Benchmark competitor equipment and identify technology gaps.

• Translate customer requirements into internal equipment specifications.

• Develop and optimize TCB process parameters on TCB Equipments.

• Support advanced packaging applications including HBM, CoWoS, CoPoS, 2.5D Packaging, 3D Packaging and Chiplet Integration.

• Troubleshoot bonding issues such as non-wet, misalignment, voids, delamination and warpage.

• Conduct DOE and process characterization activities.

• Work closely with Mechanical, Software, Electrical, Motion and Vision teams.

• Define alignment accuracy, thermal performance, bond force profiles, throughput targets and process windows.

• Lead machine qualification, FAT and SAT activities.

• Act as the internal customer during machine development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or related fields.

• 5–15 years of semiconductor packaging experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience in TCB, Flip Chip and Advanced Packaging.

• Experience in HBM / CoWoS / 2.5D / 3D packaging.

• Experience in OSAT, IDM or semiconductor equipment environments preferred.

• Experience with fluxless or N2 bonding environment is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Thermo Compression Bonding (TCB), Flip Chip processes, thermal management, warpage control, alignment systems, vision systems, process qualification, SPC and yield analysis.

• Experience with DOE, statistical analysis tools, failure analysis workflows and semiconductor process characterization.
