Our client, a famous real estate developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Technical Executive (Hard Services).

• Implement preventive maintenance programmes for all M&E systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage service contracts and coordinate with service providers to carry out maintenance and rectification works.
• Investigate defects and technical issues, reviewing and challenging recommendations from contractors where necessary.
• Oversee tenant requests related to M&E services and support upgrading and improvement works.
• Plan, organise, and monitor M&E operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and asset objectives.
• Support capital expenditure projects, asset enhancement initiatives, and tenant fit-out works.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and preparation of monthly reports, including variance analysis.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building operations or property management.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, tenant management, and M&E systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: East
• Working days: 5 days
• Salary: S$4,500 and Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

Job Summary

Ensure timely customer payments and maintain accurate financial records while supporting management with customer issue resolution and payment application processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit GIRO applications to banks and provide consistent updates to management and customers
• Review and submit required documents to banks for payment processing
• Verify and update payment records accurately and promptly
• Maintain up-to-date financial and customer records for audit and reporting purposes
• Conduct proactive follow-ups on outstanding payments via WhatsApp and phone calls to ensure timely collections
• Prepare calculations and documentation for customers who default on payments to support recovery efforts
• Assist hirers and dealers with early redemption processes for hire purchase accounts
• Manage debtors for Non-Performing Loan (NPL) accounts and coordinate processing of repossessed accounts
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment and account issues, ensuring customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree qualification
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and demonstrate proactivity
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Account position

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
• Ensure compliance with the statutory tax requirements, including preparing necessary tax returns and quarterly tax computations.
• Report to Account Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in accounting software like MYOB/Quickbook/XERO
• Singapore accounting or audit working experience is an advantage

This position is responsible for promoting and selling orthopaedic products to the relevant healthcare professionals. Customers mainly include orthopaedic surgeons. In-house product training as well as field training in the operating theatre will be provided. Other responsibilities include cold-calling, managing appointments and rapport building to secure new businesses and support management of existing clients.

Individual to be involved in:

1. Generate direct sales of surgical products to orthopaedic surgeons.

2. Provide support for products used in the operating theatre.

3. Demonstrate effective use of product and technical knowledge to educate relevant healthcare personnel.

4. Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products.

5. Reviewing sales performance.

6. Identifying and establishing new businesses and maintaining existing businesses.
