1. Strategize, oversee and coordinate the overall quality assurance and quality control processes, including enforcement & inspections activities.

2. Liaise, coordinate and cooperate with Other Consultants to resolve on-site design and technical/coordination issues in a timely manner.

3. Carry out the proper and full-time site supervision work for the satisfactory construction and completion of all building works including but not limited to architectural and interior design (ID) works, all in compliance with the specified requirements in the contracts between the Employer with the Contractor (which includes any subcontractor whether nominated or privately engaged by the Contractor), and in accordance with the relevant building authorities’ rules, regulations and requirements.

4. Manage and organize the M&E site team to ensure orderliness and coordination of work processes on site. Attend to & provide timely and quality advice to the other Site Staff/ RTO in resolving problems.

5. Review and assign week to week work schedule for the entire site team including ID, Façade, C&S and M&E. Organize with assigned Site Staff/ RTOs to ensure all site diaries and inspection records are kept, consolidated & filed weekly.

6. Liaise with the Other Consultants to ensure that Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical queries from the Contractor are responded in a timely manner.

7. Review contract documents and drawings and highlight if there are any discrepancies between these documents. All discrepancies shall be brought to the attention of the Other Consultants concerned.

8. Seek clarification from the SO/SOR/SORA on any apparent discrepancies between site and contract drawings, specification requirement, approved shop drawing, CSD and room book, etc. before giving any directions to the Contractor.

9. Organize the information gathering and compilation, and render assistance to the Other Consultants in the review of the Contractor’s Claims.

10. Report regularly on the overall project status, assist with the preparation of the Certificate of Stage Completion, Progress Reports, design coordination, buildability and quality issues.

11. Review Contractor’s works methodology, remedial details and material submissions and ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

12. Ensure checking & approval of shop drawings, catalogues and samples by the Design-Site Team are executed in a timely manner.

13. Liaise with the Contractor in resolving site installation problems. All problems on site shall be referred immediately to the Other Consultants.

14. Monitor the Contractor’s installation works against the construction programme. In the event of delays, the SRA shall assist the Contractor to mitigate delays but without compromise on quality.

15. Review all Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and coordinate with Employer in handing over of the works/MEP installations to Employer’s assigned maintenance staff.

16. Attend meetings & working sessions as required by the SO/SOR/SORA.

17. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing design, shop, construction and cocoordination drawings are properly recorded, collated and filed.

18. Check the accuracy of all RAOV/RFI to ensure they are recorded, costed and issued appropriately, including all necessary clarification with the QS on the extent of changes.

19. Be able to explain to the Employer when necessary the reasons for the RAOV/RFIs.

20. Check and review the Contractor’s site progress in line with the Other Consultant’s instructions. Conduct site meetings with site staff for updates and coordination of works at specified intervals.

21. Ensure that daily activities are recorded and or any other form of records as required to facilitate the works, are properly maintained on site by site staff.

22. Ensure issuance of defects list and monitor/supervision progress of rectification works are executed.

23. Conduct site check in conjunction with the Employer & Project Managers in assessing dispute claims & variation orders by the Contractor, when necessary.

24. Ensure that the Contractor records accurately on drawings, the installation works on site. This is to ensure that the as-built drawings reflect accurately the work that has been done on site.

25. Verify that all constructed works are in accordance with drawings approved by the relevant authorities prior to any such authorities’ inspection.

26. Ensure compliance with widths of all escape routes, stairs, handrails, doors.

27. Ensure compliance to the fire safety standards governed by the Code of Practice for Fire Precautions in Buildings issued by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

28. Ensure compliance to the relevant Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment as governed by the Building and Construction Authority in Singapore.

29. Assist the Contractor to organise formal inspections required by the relevant Authorities.

30. Ensure that all comments/non-conformance issued by the relevant authorities are addressed and rectified on site within two weeks of receipt.

31. Ensure that all installation works are in accordance with approved methods, and material used is in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.

32. Witness tests carried out by Contractor and record the results, and assisting in testing and commissioning of all works / MEP systems.

33. Attend meetings & working sessions as required by the SO/SOR/SORA.

34. Ensure the accuracy of and endorse on as-built drawing.

The project:

As part of our ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM systems.

The implementation of this CRM represents a strategic transformation from a traditional customer service model to an advanced cloud-based, AI-enabled omnichannel service model. This service transformation will be brought about through enhancements to the existing Salesforce CRM platform, with the objective of strengthening customer engagement capabilities while maintaining robust operational control and security measures.

The Salesforce CRM system continues to support multiple stakeholder groups, including approximately 175 concurrent users (covering Contact Centre staff, L2 officers, management, and system administrators). It also supports growing customer demand, with customer enquiries projected to reach 170,171 annual enquiries by 2028 across multiple channels.

The enhanced Salesforce CRM (NOVA CRM) will deliver comprehensive customer relationship management capabilities across the following key areas:

• AI-enabled case triage and response capabilities, including automated case categorisation, intelligent routing, GenAI-supported response generation, and email case summarisation
• Unified omnichannel integration, supporting channels such as WhatsApp chatbot, live chat, voice, and appointment booking, with seamless transitions between self-service and agent-assisted interactions;

What will you do?

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Lead & Solution Architect to anchor the technical direction of complex banking product and platform builds delivered to global financial institutions. The role blends deep engineering leadership with architecture ownership: setting technical standards, designing scalable and secure solutions, leading interface and API development, and steering agile squads through multi-wave delivery across both cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client-reported software issues, handling inquiries via ticketing systems, email, and messaging platforms promptly and professionally
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs, configuration issues, and user errors across web and mobile applications
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to development and engineering teams with clear, well-documented bug reports and reproduction steps
• Monitor and manage the support ticket queue, ensuring SLAs are met and clients are kept informed of progress throughout issue resolution
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and assist clients through software releases, updates, and go-live transitions
• Create and maintain support documentation including FAQs, user guides, troubleshooting runbooks, and known issue logs
• Liaise with project managers and developers to relay client feedback and surface recurring issues that may indicate systemic defects or UX gaps
• Assist in onboarding new clients to platforms by delivering training sessions and walkthroughs
• Use generative AI tools to draft support responses, summarise ticket histories, and produce client-facing documentation more efficiently
• Identify patterns in support requests and proactively flag improvement opportunities to the product and development teams
• Maintain accurate records of all support interactions, resolutions, and escalations for reporting and continuous improvement

Required competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–2+ years of experience in a software support, helpdesk, or technical customer service role
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application fundamentals, including basic familiarity with HTML, APIs, and databases
• Experience working with ticketing and project management tools such as JIRA, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
• Systematic troubleshooting approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple open tickets and competing priorities without dropping the ball

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms or client-facing digital products in an agency or managed services environment
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile delivery practices
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for support workflow augmentation — drafting responses, summarising threads, generating documentation
• Basic scripting or SQL knowledge for log analysis and data lookups
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices relevant to client data handling (PDPA compliance a plus)

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of combined experience in IT sales and/or pre-sales/solution consulting.
• Proven experience managing IT tenders and digital transformation projects, particularly within Singapore.
• Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and strong commitment to client success.
