Position Overview

The Planner will support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking activities. • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of company vehicles, equipment, and premises to uphold professional standards
• Assist in collecting and transferring ashes and support sea burial and garden scattering services as required
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support funeral operations

Other Information

• Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,500 per month inclusive of allowances and incentives
• Work schedule: 6 days per week

• Work synergistically with the rest of the dental team to ensure effective and efficient daily clinic operations
• Assist dentists chairside and in the operating theatre to ensure procedural smoothness and patient comfort, creating positive patient experiences
• Uphold standards in infection prevention and control, sterilise and prepare instruments and equipment
• Provide administrative support, including performing frontline counter duties - answering phone calls, attending to patients and their enquiries, registration, general billing and cashiering duties, invoice filing, CHAS / insurance submission, scheduling appointments and follow up, confirmation of patients’ appointments
