About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support across the company. This role is integral to keeping our operations running smoothly — handling communications, managing paperwork, and ensuring the team has the coordination support they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and organise company documents, records, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Prepare, format, and process administrative documents such as letters, memos, reports, and forms
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintenance of internal databases
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as directed by management
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level
- No job experience necessary
- Familiar in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
