Contract Period: From 17 Aug 2026 to 16 Aug 2028.

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break

• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break

Scope of Services

a. Resource Management

• Manage Science Lab inventory (stock-taking, replenishment, repairs)
• Liaise with vendors for procurement (support HOD Science)
• Organise and label lab resources
• Assist teachers with student discussions
• Maintain cleanliness of labs

b. Resource Preparation

• Coordinate teachers’ loan requests
• Prepare and set up lab materials per lesson requirements
• Handle printing/photocopying
• Prepare teaching aids (cutting, lamination)

Administrative

• Support ad-hoc admin tasks and resource preparation as required.

Requirement:

preferably have the following qualifications:

GCE 'N'/’O’ Level Certificate

Minimally 1 year of working experience in Primary School Science Lab

Job Scope:

• Handle billing enquiries and receive samples
• Ensure proper storage and labelling
• Enter sample details into the system
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Level required
• No experience needed as on job training is provided
• Minimum commitment: 1 year
