The IT Project Assistant (Junior) will support application projects and system implementation initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in application support, basic SDLC understanding, and exposure to business analysis and system integration. Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to draw steel wire and produce steel fibers.
• Maximize efficiency by optimizing raw materials and consumables like wire rods, dies, and lubricants.
• Help prepare Manufacturing Procedure Specifications (MPS) and Quality Control Plans (QCP) for different products.
• Assist in developing a Maintenance Plan for the facility.
• Support product testing and identify necessary changes to meet product standards.
• Maintain and replenish raw material and consumable supplies to ensure ongoing production.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align delivery requirements with production capacity.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
• Dispense medicine when needed
• Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
• Retrieve medication from inventory.
• Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
• Place medication into prescription containers.
