Role Overview

The Assistant, Branch Operations supports the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the branch to ensure smooth workflow across sales, vehicle handling, and customer service processes. Major Responsibilities / Job Duties

The Dental Surgery Assistant prepares a working space in a dental facility for dental examinations and procedures. Main Purpose of the Role

Job Responsibilities:

Support to the country Head of HR as the main interaction point between Country Managements (General Manager /Deputy General Manager) and HR

• Lead ESDD due diligence for complex and high-risk transactions, identifying key risks and defining mitigation measures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on environmental and social aspects of customer transactions in line with the Bank’s guidelines and procedures.
• Support the implementation and integration of E&S risk management frameworks and policies into transaction assessment processes.
• Support sustainability KPI management in the region – including evaluation, monitoring, forecasting etc.
• Provide hands-on support for sustainability-related working groups, forums and committee meetings helmed by the team.
• Provide support on internal business units-led sustainability initiatives and collaborating with the business units in enhancing the Bank’s sustainability communication through all available channels.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sustainability, sustainability strategy, ESG risk management, sustainable finance, or closely related fields.
• In-depth understanding of sustainability, ESG and environmental risk topics, international reporting standards and frameworks, regulatory trends in Asia and Japan, as well as industry best practices.
• Relevant academic studies in sustainable development, sustainable and green finance, environmental management, law etc.
• Excellent analytical, judgement, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex issues for senior audiences.
• Prior experience within a financial institution would be an advantage, preferably with exposure to regional or international banking operations.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, regional environment.
• Fluency in English. In addition, Business‑level Japanese language capability for this role would be preferred due to frequent interaction with Japan‑based regulators, government policy materials, and Head Office control functions. The incumbent is expected at times to document regulatory interpretations, maintain formal records in Japanese, and support structured escalations and consultations to executive management and relevant Head Office departments.  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.

The TRPM Lead for ETP will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of IT Third Party Risk Management for the bank. This includes ensuring that all technology vendors and service providers comply with the bank’s risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The role will also support the Enterprise Technology Platform (ETP) in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology and third-party risks.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program for the bank, with a focus on ETP and all technology-related vendors.

• Develop, implement, and maintain TPRM policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with MAS regulations and global best practices.

• Conduct risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of third-party technology vendors and service providers.

• Collaborate with procurement, legal, compliance, and business units to ensure end-to-end risk management throughout the vendor lifecycle.

• Oversee the onboarding, periodic review, and offboarding processes for technology vendors.

• Prepare and present regular risk reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management and relevant committees.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and risk reviews related to IT TPRM.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the TPRM program, including automation and process enhancements.

• Provide training and awareness to stakeholders on technology and third-party risk management.

• Stay updated on regulatory developments (e.g., MAS TRM Guidelines), emerging risks, and industry trends.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology risk management, third-party risk, or IT audit, in the banking or financial services sector.

• Experience in MAS TRM Guidelines, outsourcing regulations, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

• Experience with risk assessment methodologies, vendor due diligence, and contract risk reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are an advantage.
