Job Purpose:

To ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, collections, reconciliations,and support in maintaining the company’s cash flow and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with company policies.

- Monitor accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collections.

- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.

- Post receipts and allocate payments accurately.

- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.

- Assist with month'-end closing activities

- Prepare aging reports and highlight overdue accounts.

- Support audit requirements and provide necessary documentation.

- Assist the finance team with general accounting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance assistant role.

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator (Issue Order) is responsible for accurately processing sales orders after deal confirmation, ensuring all documentation, pricing, and internal approvals are in place.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Documentation

• Issue Sales Orders (SO)upon deal confirmation
• Verify accuracy of sales details including pricing, packages
• Prepare and maintain complete sales documentation, Ensure all required approvals are obtained before issuing orders
• Liaise closely with Sales team to clarify deal terms and requirements
• Work with Operations / Delivery teams to ensure order details are correctly handed over
• Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) of sales records and contracts
• Track order status and follow up on pending actions or missing documents
• Support internal audits by providing accurate and complete sales documentation
• Assist with ad-hoc sales administration tasks as required

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or order processing
• Prior experience handling sales orders, contracts, or billing coordination is preferred

Skills & Competencies
