Job Purpose:

To ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, collections, reconciliations,and support in maintaining the company’s cash flow and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with company policies.

- Monitor accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collections.

- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.

- Post receipts and allocate payments accurately.

- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.

- Assist with month'-end closing activities

As a Warehouse Assistant/Coordinator, the incumbent will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products with the objective of operational and service excellence.

• Take delivery of inventory
• Check for damaged or missing items, quarantining any items that fail the quality check for escalation and resolution

• Pick, pack orders and load goods for dispatch
• Move Inventory around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a fork lift truck
• Maintain the WMS system accurately and timely for all inventory receipts, movements and dispatch
• Carry out Inventory / cycle counts as directed utilizing the WMS and documentations
• Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Work to 5S standards in order to ensure operational efficiency
• Able to commit Overtime if needed
