2. Support site offices with IT-related matters, including procurement, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.

3. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for the procurement, repair, maintenance, and payment of IT equipment and services.

4. Maintain and regularly update the IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, accountability, and resource availability.

5. Manage user accounts, including user onboarding/offboarding, creation, modification, deletion, access permissions, and backup of critical data (e.g., DingTalk, file servers and VPN access).

6. Monitor security systems to detect unauthorized access and respond appropriately to threats.

Job Requirements:

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
