Coordinate on IT related equipment pertaining to laptop allocation and inventory management
Any other office administrative matters
Fluent in Mandarin speaking (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
Good knowledge and skill in Project Management.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Project Administration for construction, design or building industry or property / facility management.
Should be highly driven and independent; possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
