Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Office Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling corporate correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining a tidy and professional office environment.

• Document Management: Assist in preparing, formatting, and archiving corporate documents, agreements, financial reports, and meeting minutes with high accuracy and confidentiality.

• Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule business meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements or itineraries for the management team.

No shift work required.

5.5 days office hours – Monday to Friday 8.20am to 5.30pm (include 1 hour lunch break) and Saturday 8.20am to 12.30pm.

Salary range: $2000 to $4000.

Manage and assist front counter work - answering of the phone, email and text, registration of patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payment.

Coordinate & Prepare Medical Instruments, Medications & Consumables.

Management of patient’s medical records.

Assist doctor during procedure/treatment.

Follow Up of Patient Care and Treatment Plan.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Doctor.
