• Proven experience in a payroll or accounting support role, ideally within a similar business environment
• Strong proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing numerical data
• Solid understanding of payroll principles, employment regulations, and statutory requirements in Singapore
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Central Provident Fund (CPF) and income tax regulations is preferred
