Clinic Assistant

Junior: $2000 - $2400
Experienced: $2400 - $3000

We are looking for Clinic Assistants to support daily clinic operations and assist the Clinic Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient clinic workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinic Manager in daily clinic operations

• Perform front desk duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, and handling enquiries

• Assist doctors and patients during consultation when required

• Handle cashiering duties including payment collection, claims submission, and basic bookkeeping

• Assist with clinical procedures such as ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, and triaging

• Maintain inventory of consumables, medication, stationery, and medical equipment

• Conduct stock taking and ensure proper organisation of clinic supplies

• Ensure medical equipment and clinic supplies are in good working condition

• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the clinic

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Our Client is one of a leader in the Global Logistics & Supply Chain Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for multiple warehouse assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - Loyang area.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming goods including unpacking, sorting, and decanting of boxes.
• Support daily stock movement activities including receiving, issuing, and internal bin-to-bin transfers.
• Pick and retrieve priority parts to ensure timely dispatch to required destinations.
• Perform loading and unloading activities for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock location records and ensure inventory accuracy in the system.
• Carry out basic warehouse housekeeping (5S) to ensure a clean and organised work environment.
• Conduct daily checks and monitoring of storage conditions, including humidity tracking where required.
• Assist in ad-hoc retrieval of parts, packaging materials, and returns processing.
• Support audit preparation and ensure proper documentation and warehouse readiness.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures at all times.
• Perform ad-hoc projects/initiatives when required.

Requirements:

• Min O-level or relevant studies
• Basic computer literacy with ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Able to perform physical work including lifting, loading, and movement of goods
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Able to work in a structured warehouse environment with shift or 5.5-day work arrangement
