We're looking for a responsible and caring Clinic Assistant who is passionate about healthcare and wellness.

Responsibilites:

• Greet and assist patients with appointment scheduling and registration;
• Handle phone and walk-in enquiries in both English and Chinese;
• Assist TCM Physicians during consultation;
• Manage clinic records and payments;
• Inventory management & tracking dispensing of herbs;
• Basic administrative and housekeeping;
• Ensure a clean, calm and welcoming environment for all patients.

Requirements:

• No formal education required;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese for communication with customers;
• Computer literacy - able to use clinic software, email and Microsoft Office (basic);
• Friendly, responsible and able to work independently;
• Prior experience in a healthcare or TCM clinic is advantageous;
• Willing to learn and adapt to TCM clinic needs;
• Willing to work on weekends.

Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments
• Prepare and sterilise instruments according to infection control protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of treatment rooms
• Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Prior experience in dental assisting preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to multitask
• Willing to work on alternate Weekend

• Enhance brand present in varies digital platforms, and increase our sales volume. (B2C)
• To create brand awareness and extend our reach to new market sector/customers. (B2B)
• To look for project lead and tender opportunity, and link the respective sales person to these leads. (B2B)

Description:

Handle account receivable duties

Posting payments into the system
Handling emails and phone calls.

Other Administrative/accounting duties including but are not limited to the above duties

Requirement:

Basic account concept, training will be provided

Min 'O' level.

Working hour: 9am - 6pm
