• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for psychologists and therapists
• Welcome clients to the clinic and assist with check-in procedures
• Respond to general enquiries regarding services, availability, and clinic policies

Administrative and Clinic Operations

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is properly filed in the clinic management system
• Assist with preparation of assessment materials, reports, and administrative documentation
• Manage intake forms, consent forms, and other client documentation
• Coordinate communication between clinicians, parents, teachers, and external providers when required

Billing and Financial Administration

• Process invoices, receipts, and payment collection
• Maintain billing records and support basic financial tracking
• Follow up on outstanding payments when necessary

Scheduling and Coordination

• Manage clinician calendars and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate assessment sessions, therapy sessions, and meetings
• Ensure rooms and materials are prepared for clinical sessions

General Office Support

• Maintain office supplies and therapy materials
• Ensure the clinic environment remains organised and welcoming
• Support general administrative tasks as required by the clinical team

Good command of English is very important.

• Salary: $2400 to $3000 + Bonuses

• Working location: Pasir Panjang (5 mins away from Labrador Park MRT)

• Working hours: 4.5 days work only (One week day off; Every Sunday off; every Saturday work 4 hours only)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate handover of products and quantities to customers.

• Maintain proper stock arrangement to ensure easy access and accurate inventory tracking.

• Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged stock to the Store Supervisor.

• Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store and storage areas.

• Assist with other store-related duties as assigned by management.

• Any other ad-hoc duties
  

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.

• Previous experience in storekeeping or warehouse is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management practices is an advantage.
