ASSISTANT ENGINEER $3000 - $4700

(Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

Perform deliver, installation, service, troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment & other works related

1. Perform various types of commercial kitchen equipment installations, commissioning,

modification, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, other technical support, on-site training and

ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.

2. Good knowledge on various types of commercial kitchen equipment, electronical,

mechanical and refrigeration.

3. Provide training to customers on product usage and maintenance.

4. Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, and to follow manuals on operation and

installation to successful complete tasks.

5. Ability to quickly understand and carry out both written and oral instructions on technical

advice effectively.

6. Ensuring all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.

7. Ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.

8. Submission of daily work report.

9. Other ad hoc duties.

10. Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record to operate a commercial vehicle.

11. 3 years or above relevant experience in same/similar industry. (Commercial

Kitchen Equipment)

12. Good physical condition.

13. Willing to work overtime on Sunday & Public Holiday.

14. Working hours : Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm, Sat : 9am-1pm

Requirements:

• Experience in either native iOS/Android development, or cross-platform solutions like ReactNative/Flutter/Lua.
• Fluent with at least one of the following languages: Java/Objective-C/Swift/JavaScript.
• Understanding of common data structures and algorithms.
• Embrace agile development process including TDD, CI and Scrum.
• Passionate about mobile technology and building applications for a large user base.

Job Description

• Position Title: Site Coordinator / Assistant Engineer
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,800 + Mobile Allowance $30 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities, work schedules, and material deliveries.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants on project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Track work progress and maintain project records.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work permits, inspection records, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure proper filing and control of project-related documents.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and logistics activities.
• Ensure work complies with quality standards and project requirements.
• Support workplace safety procedures, participate in inspections, and report site issues.
• Assist in manpower coordination, attendance tracking, and monitoring material usage.
• Perform other project-related tasks assigned by management.

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in construction, M&E, industrial, or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Experience as technician or site coordination role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
