Responsibilities:

As a Driver cum Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse operations and timely delivery of products to our valued clients. Your responsibilities include:

· Adhering to all SOPs and safety procedures at all times

· Picking and packing of products from delivery orders

· Safely loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles

· Collecting of return items from customers when required

· Maintain cleanliness in delivery vehicles and warehouse

· Conduct smooth and prompt deliveries of products to designated locations

· Determine appropriate routes and maintain an efficient delivery schedule at all times

· Assist in upkeeping of the warehouse, adhering to 5S of warehousing

· Assist in inventory management, including stock take and restocking

· Ensure accuracy in receiving and releasing stocks

· Perform general warehouse functions and operations if required

· Assist in Procurement Department duties as and when required

· Any ad-hoc projects and other tasks as and when assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

· Preferably 1 years of driving experience

· Physically fit, able to carry heavy load up to 15kg

· Able to work effectively and efficiently individually and in a team

· Singapore Class 3 Driving License

· Basic understanding of warehouse operations

· Able to speak and understand simple English

· Willing to take on other tasks when required

• Support the driver in daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.
• Perform loading and unloading of products at warehouse and customer sites.
• Carry out packing, labelling, and preparation of chemical products for dispatch.
• Maintain general warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with additional operational or ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements: 

• GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
• Prior relevant warehouse, packing, or delivery experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide efficient and friendly checkout and professional customer service.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Inquiries: Handle store phone calls and email inquiries professionally.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout and retail area.
• Relationship Building: Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Stock Management: Assist with receiving, arranging, and replenishing stock and product displays.
• Housekeeping: Perform general housekeeping to keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Admin Tasks: Carry out simple administrative tasks as required.
• Engagement: Participate in weekly bike rides to engage with customers and build rapport.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Mondays – Fridays: 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM
• Saturdays – Sundays: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Schedule: 6-day work week (1 rest day on a weekday).
• Note: Must be able to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Primary/Secondary School (“O” Level), Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A-Level, College, or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
• Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Experience: Experience in retail bicycle sales is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of bicycles or the bicycle industry is a plus.
• Attitude: Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude; willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Availability: Immediate starters preferred.
