-Packing and Handling: Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packaging materials like bubble wrap, paper, or boxes suited to each product type. Label packages accurately.

-Basic Salary: $1500

-Flexible Working Hours:

****8.30AM-1.00PM (Monday to Saturday)

OR

****1.30PM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday), 8.30AM-1.00PM (Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Executive in coordinating daily sales activities and processing orders accurately and promptly.
• Liaise with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries and update customers on quotations, order status, and any delays.
• Handle product or technical inquiries and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
• Update inventory and track movement of stock.
• Prepare monthly SOA for customers and payments tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to start ASAP
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM) and Alternate Saturdays (8AM-12PM)
• This job is 6 Months Renewable Contract
