What do we expect from you?

- Assemble loaded baos during service (stuff bao, portion chicken, sauce, toppings)

- Prep ingredients: portion chicken, prep sauces, load tart trays

- Keep the station stocked and clean throughout the day

- Restock sauces, toppings, baos, and tarts as they run low

- Maintain food hygiene standards (FIFO, proper storage, clean workspace)

- Help with opening and closing duties (set up containers, wipe down, pack away)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Reliable and punctual — this is non-negotiable

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hawker environment

- Can follow instructions and portion consistently

- Basic food handling knowledge (WSQ Food Hygiene cert is a plus)

- F&B or hawker experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person

- Able to stand for extended periods

HOURS & PAY

- $12/hour, 6 days/week (Sunday off)

- Morning shift: 10am–3pm

- Evening shift: 4pm–10pm

• Responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair work of in-house production automation machines.

•  Identify and initiate actions to prevent occurrence and recurrence of machine breakdown

• To record all repair, faults, action taken & maintenance tasks and shift handover update.

• To provide vision system support during shift to ensure production machines & equipment is repaired timely.

• To support all Automation Integration

Requirements:

• NTC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial/Plastic technology or equivalent qualification

• 1-3 years relevant working experience in Factory Automation, Machine repairs and maintenance

• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding/ Machine Vision/ or PLC Programming is a plus.
