Contract Period: From 1 May 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 with an option to extend for 1 year.
Working hours:
· Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays
Scope of Services:
Customer Service
· Welcome visitors professionally and keep reception area clean and welcoming
· Answer phone calls and help walk-in visitors
· Keep records of phone calls and visitor information
Administrative Tasks
· Handle paperwork, data entry, and letters to staff, students, parents, and suppliers
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
· Do filing, scanning, photocopying, and other office tasks
· Give out keys, stationery, and teaching materials to staff
· Help with school events and programmes
Student Support
· Help students find lost items, get spare uniforms, or locate teachers and classrooms
· Contact parent on student related matters
· Keep records of lost and found items and spare uniforms
General
Complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications, skills and experience:
· Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in MS Office would be an advantage
