About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves high-volume, fast-paced data entry and administrative support, particularly in accounting and bookkeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, fast-paced data entry for accounting and bookkeeping
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

Salary

Entry-Level (Training Provided):

• SGD $1,600/month (3 days/week)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper receiving and issuance of raw materials and products.

• Check and verify the quantity and condition of goods received against delivery orders/invoices.
