Position Title：Customer Servicer ( Full-time Staff in the Studio )

Work location:
City Square Mall (180 Kitchener Rd, #04-11/12/13, 208539)

Job Duty：

- Providing customer service to retail client and phone enquiry

- Solve the difficulties customers encounter in the store

- Develop new recipes together for Singapore Market
- Assist the customers with their dessert making
- Wash the utensils
- Keep the studio tidy

Working Hours: 8 Hours of working +1 Hours of dining
work 5 days a week (incl weekends and PH)
Perform shift work
Morning Shift：09:30 - 18:30
Night Shift：13:00 - 22:00

Entry requirements:
Be courteous, punctual, responsible, team-minded, required to work shifts and rest days. Those who can work stably are preferred.
Baking-related experience is preferred, no experience is also allowed.

We are looking for a dedicated, mature and detail-oriented Hair Color Assistant to join our creative team. This role is the backbone of our salon, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, high-quality experience and professional blowdry finish

Core Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Execution

• Prepare and mix color formulas accurately according to the Colorist’s instructions.

• Apply gloss, toners, and base colors with precision

• Perform thorough shampoo services, including post-color treatments and scalp massages

• Execute professional blow-outs and finishes

2. Efficiency & Organization

• Maintain a clean color room and nventory management of developers, lighteners, and tubes)

• Set up and break down stations quickly between clients

• Ensure all tools—brushes, bowls, and foils—are sanitized and ready for use

3. Client Experience

• Provide a warm welcome and assist with draping and gowning guests

• Conduct initial consultations regarding hair history to assist colorist

• Educate guests on color-safe home care products and maintenance schedules

Requirements & Skills

• Prior experience required

• Color Knowledge: A solid understanding of color theory, including the color theory

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements (washing, foils, drying).

• A proactive mindset you see what needs to be done before you’re asked.

Requirements: 

• GCE ‘N’ Level and above.

Job Scope:

Job Requirements:

• A good verbal and written English and Mandarin Language (to liaise with Mandarin speaking) ability with good phonematic awareness would be an added advantage
