Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate collection and entry of personal and medical information
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures as needed
• Prepare consultation rooms, maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment and supplies are available
• Dispense prescribed medications and provide basic medication instructions to patients
• Manage billing, payment collection, and insurance claims processing
• Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and provide information regarding clinic services
• Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is updated and kept confidential
• Support daily clinic operations, including stock inventory, ordering supplies, and general administrative tasks
• Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and care when interacting with patients and colleagues
• Adhere to clinic policies, medical confidentiality guidelines, and infection control protocols

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage
• Able to use basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems, etc.)

Job Description

Perform department operations

Administer clinic's appointment resources and slots management

Manage frontline and assist second tier escalation in patient management

Order, Monitor and maintain inventories of clinical non-clinical items

Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals and/or any other procedures

Reconcile daily monetary transactions

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Provide clinical support

Assist doctors during the treatment and examination of patients

Perform basic clinical procedures

Perform measurement of basic health parameters

Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

Facilitating shipment arrangements by collaborating with the Planning Logistic Team and ensuring readiness with the Warehouse team. You're responsible for preparing essential shipment documents, conducting thorough checks on shipments, managing incoming material purchase orders in SAP, and overseeing material reception into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

1) Liaising with Planning Logistic Team on shipment arrangement
2) Coordinating with Warehouse team on shipment readiness
3) Preparing necessary shipment documents eg Property Release Note
4) Performing check on physical & documentation of shipment to ensure all in order
5) Checking incoming material PO in SAP and receiving incoming material into WMS
6) Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

1) Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain Management
2) At least 1-2 years of relevant experience would be required (Open to entry level).
3) Good communication, planning and negotiation skills
4) Good analytical and people management skills
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
6) Proficient in Advanced Excel
7) Knowledge in SAP and WMS applications is advantageous
