*JOB SCOPE*

• Preparation and accounting of stocks
• Associate of RFID tags to correct SKU information using RFID Printer
• Account and pack items back into original boxes
• Labelling of boxes
• Place items back onto storage racks
• Assist with other duties as assigned

• Must be physically fit and able to carry up to 10kg
• Singaporean only
• Warehouse experience needed
• Need to have own safety shoes

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Service Department in daily operations, coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry, filing, and document management
• Prepare letters, reports, and meeting notes
• Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases
