What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the daily preparation of healthy meals for children (e.g., breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks such as salads, cereals, steamed veggies).
• Help prepare and organize cooking ingredients for the day.
• Keep the kitchen clean and orderly — including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Monitor kitchen supplies and help manage inventory.
• Assist in meal preparation for staff.
• Support with other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the Principal.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys working around children and has a good sense of cleanliness and order.
• Has Basic Food Hygiene certification (preferred). If you don’t have it, we can arrange for training.
• Candidates with relevant cooking school qualifications (e.g. Shatec, Sunrice) are also welcome.

The Admin & Billing Assistant supports daily administrative and billing tasks to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks using PC skills to maintain efficient office operations
• Enter data and prepare inspection certificates, then send documents via email and fax
• Organize, update, and maintain billing records accurately using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare and format billing and administrative documents using Microsoft Word
• Support billing by preparing invoices and tracking payments using MYOB/ABSS accounting software
• Monitor outstanding debts and perform debt chasing via phone and email to ensure timely payments
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements to support financial accuracy
• Assist with general office duties such as filing and disposal of old records to maintain a smooth workflow in a home-based office environment

Job Description

·      Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and bank reconciliations

·      Process invoices, payments, staff claims and petty cash

·      Prepare Quarterly GST reports for submission

Job Scope:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and ensure safety through regular maintenance
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities
• Relocate final picked and unloaded goods efficiently using limited space, ensuring segregation of products

Additional Information:

• MUST have forklift licence
• Able to handle physical work and manual carton lifting up to 15kg
• Able to commit OT
