Who We’re Looking For

• Class 3 driving license is a must
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant logistics or administrative experience
• Customer-focused & detail-oriented

Job Scope

• Assist project/site team with daily administrative tasks.
• Record and track project progress, site activities, and reports.
• Renaming QAQC documents.
• Creating transmittals for QAQC doc for submissions.
• Printing A1 drawings and approved shop drawings, together with the transmittal for submission to Site.
• Preparing document cover pages.
• Creating and issuing transmittals via email link.
•  Following up with subcontractors for signed transmittals.
• Ensure proper documentation for safety and compliance

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• 1 year of administrative experience
• Experience in construction/site environment
• Ability to work on-site and handle site conditions
